Default b20/vtec power numbers???

what kinda numbers can i expect with a b20b with a GSR head,..to the wheels??? and is the B20 head gasket the same as the LS head gasket???anyone with a b20vtec EK??? what kinda times are you guys running??? any info would be appreciated,...thanks

the ls head gasket is different 81mm - crv 84 mm. it depends on the build 200 whp is the norm for a "mild" build up to 240+whp fully built. 11 seconds is poss w/ a lot of lightening (ef or eg). but 12's are norm for the fully built b20's
