Default B20 vtec n/a or B20 vtec SC'd

I am going to be selling my GSR soon and I am looking now at civic - my plans would be for a built block (b20) - resleeved, wiseco pistons, eagle rods (?) balance & blueprinted. with a ITR head, ferrea valves & possibly bronze valve guides. swains coatings on valves, combustion chamber intake & exhaust ports, pistons, rings, bearings. ITR tranny with Quaife differential

option 1.) toda B's or skunk stage 2 or 3's & coresponding valvesprings with custom wiseco 11 - 11.5:1 pistons with custom valve reliefs for clearance

option 2.) stock ITR/ or GSR cams with custom wiseco 8.5-9.0:1 pistons and a vortech SC for an SI.

I know that $ wise the SC set up would cost a lil to a lot more - what do you guys think. any drawbacks potential problems? whats a better block to start with b20b or b20z (maybe a stupid Q )?

B20Z is the better block to start with, and the SC'd version would yield greated HP.

Is anything different on the B20z besides the higher CR pistons which he'll be swapping out anyways?
