Icon4 b20 vtec cut at 6500-7000rpm

hi
here a basic description of the car
i had a b20 vtec swapped in a 1995 civic coupe and ive been running it 5years with no problem (b20 stock block with b16a head ,s2 tuner 2 cams, s2 intake , s2 tb ,mugen jasma 4-1 headers, 2,5'' exhaust no cat, chipped ecu and tuning with crome gold and aem uego A/F)

last winter i decide to upgrade de block with high compression ycp piston and eagles rods and completely rebuild the head (porting exhaust side ,changed valve stem seal and valve seat, combustion chamber have been polish too and completely cleaned)

everything have been reassembled and work good for only one thing
the car cut in vtec at 6500-7000 rpm and by cut i mean one single violent cut
(not like rev limiter cut)
(i upload a screenshot of the dataloging graphic)

i tune my self with crome and the high cam rev limiter is set to 8500rpm (low cam at 6800)
i have change my injectors to bigger one (with stock 240cc it was cutting at 100% D/C)
but still the problem is the same and the new injector are at 73% D/C now when it cut

i have check all my ground ,distributor , coil and every option in crome to figure what append but still no clue
ive try to change the low cam rev limit to higher and dind change nothing
the vtec always kick like it should but cut around 6700 or between 6500 and 7200 and ad never go higher (before rebuild it was doing 8500rpm everyday with no problem)

so at this point i need help
im pretty sure it is an electrical problem but i dont know were to look

(video of the problem)
(it seem the headlight are going brighter when it bug if that could help)------>edit: i think it just the nose of the car dropping due to deceleration
and when the video goes black its the video that have a problem cause when i was driving i dind notice any power drop just power rising when it cut
