Default B20 Vtec in a 1990 CRX SI

I am dropping in a B20B with a B16 head into a 1990 CRX SI. The problem is that not all the connectors on the engine harness match up with the connectors on the car. The engine was previously in a 1990 integra ls and all them hook up fine. Do i use the CRX engine harness or do i have to run extra wires and diffrent connectors? I know that i have to run 4 extra wires already for knock sensor, vtec solenoid, vtec pressure, and O2.

thanks Jason
