Default b20 non-vtec on p72 ecu

i want to know can i use my GSR ecu on my stock b20? i just ordered this engine for backup because my gsr got stolen and i need to use the p72 till i get a p75 or something for it. I just want to know will it be safe to run the p72 for a while. thanks

if you keep the throttle pedal high and RPMs low it should work for a little while.
But pushing would be a bad move.

P75s are cheap, don't put it off any longer than you have to.

i used to run chipped P72 w/ p75 program but even in stock form (other then vtec related CEL, knock CEL) the maps are pretty close and more then adaquate for daily driver.
