Too many variants to accurately give precision information.
You left out if the B20 Block would be stock, or if you changed the rods and pistons.
What fuel would you like to use?
The stock B20 Block is under 9:1 compression ration, and unless you are running some super high boost pulley you shouldn't have any fear of detonation.
If I am not mistaken the B18C1 is 10:1 compression ratio. If you are running a GSR JRSC you would be well under the threshold of detonation.
Bottom line is tuning would be your best option for optimal power band, optimal A/F ratio and piece of mind.
Best of luck

B20 block would be stock for now. Fuel would be 91 octane, i will be running FPR, tuning, and RC440s.
I would be running my 3.8 pulley and the CRV crank pulley, that would be around 9-11psi... and that would be at peak.

Re: (Hcivic02)
b20 sleeves are weak fyi. just cause they are 84 mm and the clearance between each cylinder is very thin compared the 81mm b-series. i wouldnt run as much boost on a stock b20 as i would on a stock b18. hope that helps
