Default b20 ek swap help

ok i just finished putting a b20b in my 96 hatchback. but i'm running into a couple problems. i am running stage 2 crower cams, stock injectors, walbro255lph pump, and a skunk2 intake manifold. i have an adjustable fpr with a b&m fuel pressure gauge on a benen industries fuel rail. i'm using a jumper harness, and an ls computer. when i start my car it doesn't wanna idle, and the fuel pressure is waaay too high jumps from 60-80 psi, now i've changed fpr's a couple times to see if that was the problem, 1 was a stock ls regulator and the other has a b&m pressure modifier on it. i've tried 3 other computers, 2 p75's, and a p28. they all do the same thing. what could possible be my problem? thanks in advance.

ok so i got the jumping fuel pressure under control. here it was the hole for the fpr it wasn't drilled through. but i got another fuel problem, there's no leaks of any kind and my fuel pressure goes to 40 then bleeds off real fast. with the key forward but not started that's when it bleeds off real fast. and it'll crank but not start
