b18cR (11.3:1 cr/ spoon spec) in a '88 crx si... what program for the pr3 or pw0?
Ok, there must be someone who has done this swap before...
Where to get the ecu chipped?
Locash?
zdyne?
hondata?
I need something cheap for basically a jdm itr motor... cr is a little higher but that's it...

James Boyer did the USDM B18C5 into his 94 Civic Coupe and used EL Prototypes. If you can find a Hondata dealer, have them strap it to the rollers and burn you one.
You could always get the USDM ITR program and back off the timing at the distributor, IF NEEDED...

The Locash, Kenji, Katman spec programs will work for you. Check with them and they can help you. Runs about $250 last time I checked.

Holy expensive! I sell/chip ECUs for almost half that.
As for what programs, I personally like the Mugen PR3 program (PYR PR3 is ok), or the Spoon PW0 program (FEEL's is very similar).... I have all 4 if interested
