Default B18C5 FROM THE UK

i found a great deal for a type r engine obd2 in the UK with only 35000KM on it and it comes with everything like axles comp harness sensors mounts shift linkage, it's about 2500$ cheaper than buying it on our side of the world. I know shipping would probably be a bundle but my parents work in the Uk so i could probably get a good hook up on shipping. would this be worth it or like is there anything i need to make sure about on the engine first since over there is right hand drive?? thanks in advance

If it is a ukdm spec motor, yes it will be right hand drive, i would watch what you are doing due to the fact that you can not phsically have a good check over the motor to make sure everything is there and your not being scammed, We use miles here btw not km for odometer's, so could be in the uk but not originally from the uk. umm..i'm not from the usa so i use kms duh read the address, thank for info but my father knows alot about engine and has five corvettes and he lives in uk so, that wouldn't be a problem, and well the only thing that makes it right hand drive that i know of is the steering being on the other side which isn't connected to the motor by the way it is connected to the cross-member so i'm guessing it must be something else you are talking about please feel free to enlighten me..

Sorry if i dont know what you use, jst figured it was km you use, i think the wirring loom is different, ie battery terminals on opposite side but i'm sure ypu could make it work of you handy with wirring, (anyone correct me if wrong btw) , but other that i dont think there will be much difference.

The engine wire harness would be opposite but you could probably sell it to someone with a rhd conversion for a spare or something. You would also need a different throttle cable as they would be off in length.
These are the two majors I can see being different. Everything else should be the same.

Brake mc would be different but you could use yours and the clutch master cylinder I think would be different. again use your existing.
