But i just need to know if i am gonna have a prob. with wiring or a problem with anything else. I need to know everything in detail.

If it's a 92, vtec is there from the shock tower.
You will need to add knock sensor to D3 on the ECU pin-out.

If your car is already wired up for vtec, then you could use a rechipped p28 ecu and you will have zero wiring to do. Just drop it in, hook it all up, and your done.
I got mine from "kenji" here on honda-tech. He gets two big 's from me!

It should just plug right up unless you've got a JDM engine, then you just flip the wiring sides left to right. If it's a JDM ECU you can get a harness adapter OBD-1 to OBD-2 to plug in the JDM P73 ECU. If you have a US ECU, it's going to be trickier because of the extra sensors, etc in an OBD-2 car. In that case, I would just run a reprogrammed P30 or P61 ECU.
