Default B18C5 into a 93 civic coupe?

should i go b18c5 and go all motor? if i did is there anyway the car could get into 10s...if i had to use nitrous to get into 10s i would! or should i turbo the b18c5?

last 2 options are a turbod b18c1 or a b16a turbod. If they are turbod the engine will be sent away to be sleeved and the motor will be full built my goal is a 10 second street car. the only question is which motor...if possible i want to do the b18c5 but dont think i can get the times all motor so is it worth it to turbo it or should i just get the b18c1 or b16a and turbo? thanks
