b18c1 1989 crx hf obd 1 conversion throwing code 1 after swap.
K ive tried switching the black to wires but that didnt fix it so i switched them back. I tried switching the white and green wire and that didnt fix the problem either. After everytime i switched the wire I pulled both ecu and hazard fuse and unpluged the ecu for 4-5 minutes. None of these things fixed my code 1 for oxygen sensor. I have my wide band hooked up and its saying im running a little rich now because i i guess its running in loop mode? Other than this problem the car is running great. After trying all this I bought a universal oxygen sensor for 50 bucks and wired that up it didnt fix my problem either. So i bought a oem one from pep boys that already had a plug on it and that didnt fix my problem either. Does anyone else know what i should try. Ive already spent $200 on oxygen sensors. How do you test the white green black and black wires do they have a certain voltage going to them? I'm going to go back to pep boys toorrrow and tell them to order me another one because this one is throwing a code.
