Is B18C and B16A AC braket the same??

I'm looking to sell my AC bracket to someone that is interested and he is located in another state. I'm selling a B18C (P72) air conditioning bracket and he has a B16A motor. I was wondering if it is the same AC bracket, and will he have any troubles making it fit on his B16 block?
