its an japanese b18 i dont know where to hook is up to?

Cap it off. That's for cruise control I believe

If it's Jdm it'll say B18B not B18B1

Just wondering when doing the swap from d series to b series, do you reuse the d series radiator or does that go

You can but the outlets differ in size so you'll either need to clamp it very tight or use an adapter to make it fit.

cant he use the radiator hoses from 99-00 civic si, or a b16 del sol
