The P28 is an OBD1 SOHC VTEC ECU found in the 92-95 Civic EX and Si. Both the 94-95 OBD1 and 96-01 OBD2/OBD2B Integra's with the B18B1 use a P75. You would want to use an OBD1 P75 ECU from the 1994-95 Integra LS/RS/GS.

Chipped P28? Maybe for an LSVTEC but not for a standard nonVTEC B18B1.
