i was wondering which year civic would be the best to swap my b18b into. I have an entire integra and i am going to pull the motor and swap it into a civic, however i do not know weather it would be better to put it in a pre 95 or a 96-00. Also if anyone can tell me where to find instructions i would apperciate the help.

Depends on which chasis you like better. I'd go for a 99-00 hatch if you have one laying around.....just keep in mind that you will need to buy an ECU jumper if you plan on runnign an OBD1 motor in an OBD2 car.
