Default B18A1 in 89 Civic SI Axle question

So my CV joint on my car has gone bad. I decided to do a temp fix out of my 2nd donor 92 Integra by stealing the passenger side axle. After pulling them both out i notice the one from my integra is a little longer than the one im currently using. After messing aroudn with it and didnt get it in i went in for a lil research. I read on a few forums that the auto and manual axles are different, which made sense since my civic is using auto axles and my blue integra has the manual ones. So i ordered one today, i called a few shops and none of them could get one for an auto or manual, their computers only showed the motor no option for trans. So im worried my axle (which will be in tomorrow) might be too long. Is this info correct or was this just old and not valid anymore? Any info would be nice got a lil meet here this weekend that id love to drag the civic out to. TIA
