B18A in a 89 civic hb
i have a 89 civic hb and i converted it 2 multi-port fuel injected and had no problems. just recently i put in a B18A ls no-vtec motor in it won't run. my injectors are only clicking once and thats it. can ne1 help me? has ne1 had this problem b4? there is only 1 thing i should mention, i have a obd1 distributer on a non-obd motor/car/ecu. is that a problem????

Bump for a colleague in need of help.
What happens is: as you turn the engine over, the injectors pulse only once, and will not pulse again as long as the engine is beeing cranked.
There is pressure at the fuel rail, the engine makes 175psi on all 4, there is spark, there are no engine codes... we tried 3 different ECU's, all behave the same way.
There is 12v at the injectors, after the injector resistor, the ECU pulses ground to complete the circuit, but it only happens once.

i belive its your distributor bro..iam not positive but the obd1 is diffrent from the obd0 that your mpfi converted dx is...try using a obd0 dizzy..
