Icon2 B18 swap in del sol having issues with fuel.

OKay, my problem is a pretty common one, my motor is running rich, with a little white smoke when i first crank it. The motor is a b18a1 with s2 intake and tb that is bored 0.070 (which i think is a little big) it has an aem fuel rail on it just for looks. I had a set of accel injectors 255cc, and aem fpr that i had to remove. Taking these parts off helped a little just dropped a lot of power. However i can still smell my exhaust. I replaced my tps and set it with a multi meter and even did a looser valve lash adjustment. Another thing it does at times is when i shift gears and and give it full throttle it will hesitate, but this doesn't happen all the time. I should also state that when i first put the swap in i had no power to my fuel pump what so ever. I had to run a wire to my fuse box just to get fuel. Ever since then it has been running rich. Any suggestions on what i should try next?

Most likely u have a stuck inj. I had one on a b20 and was pouring white smoke at idle and thought i had bad hg. Then i did comp/ leak test all was good. So then i pulled my fuel rail off mani, and zip tied inj to rail to make sure they did not blow off. Then put some kinda tupperware (clear) under inj and cycled the key and saw one just running out fuel not spraying. Changed inj and prob solved

Well i hate to sound mean, there is a reason diagnose problems, to acually find the problem not throw parts at it and hope.

I checked and noticed there was an injector that was missing the little removable plastic piece in the top of the injector. Could this be a problem? does it help regulate the flow or anything? also when i was doing this i noticed there was a strong gas smell under the hood when i revved it.
