B18 into a 91 civic hatch
im gettin ready to put my full built LS into a $400 91 civic hatch that i bought. i already found some used motor mounts; throttle cable, axles and im gettin my ecu done up with hondata so that later down the road im ready for just about anything. only question that i have is shift linkage. ive seen them on hasports for 220, which is a good price considering they have a life time warrentee, but are they any other options? anything else that i should know about before i put my motor in or suggestions? anything and everything is appreciated. thanks!

Re: B18 into a 91 civic hatch (beatrLShatch)
I just took a 91 teg shift linkage, and had my dad cut about a 2 1/4inch out and weld it back together. Gonna always be a different length, but also my dad is a very good fabracator(?).

Re: B18 into a 91 civic hatch (slow hatch)
i've cut and welded a 91 teg linkage. cut off about 2 inches. worked great.
On my car i'm running the hasport linkage.
if you can weld, its not hard to modify the teg linkage.
