Default b18 ek - need a new BATTERY

i have a b18 in my 97 hatch and it's time to get a new battery. can anyone recommend a strong battery and is there a difference in size and output between a civic and integra battery?
also, i do have a system so the battery will need a little extra juice
thanks

there are shitloads of old threads with info on batteries...

ITR guys are **** about weight and their forum had a lot of good info on weights, prices and cranking capabilities too.

most lightweight options are only like $40 more than a stock type battery
