B18 or B16 or LS\VETC

I dont know. right now i own a 95 Civic Ex with my 1.6L SOHC VETC engine and i need to upgrade. i know im going to do a swap and go turbo but i dont know which swap would be the best. My goal is to get 500hp in a street civic. So can anyone help?

hmm...i'd probly go b20vtec turbo...my friend just did that ....not sure if hes hitting 500hp but its daily driven...why the hp ??? just so you can say you have it.??
