B17 swap in 92 Civic DX Help me please someone....
Hello Gang
I am new to this site however now deciding to take part in the forums to hi!!!!!! You all have been huge help in the past with several things.
So... I just swaped a B17A1 in my 92 Honda civic DX hatch.... Its running with a P06 chipped ECU tested and working great.
Issue is its not running correctly kinda ruff however timing is great! ... I have 3 plugs all 3 wire.. unsure where they go right near he intake where the throttle body is.... tried to search google for some help but its a bit beyond me... Now these 3 plugs are near the intake.. I would assume TPS MAP and ?? I have been swapping with them map to TPS and 1 would make the engine rev up till like 2 grand.... The others no response..
I am almost sure its in the wiring and hoping someone can help.. The rest of the engine bay I am 100 percent sure is wired and all attached correctly..
HELP!! I am learning but fairly smart...

What are the colors of the wires on those three plugs?
Also, for posting pictures, upload them to a site such as www.imgur.com and then post the "forum link".

If its a '92, it will have a 3 wire MAP sensor in the body harness, and depending on the wiring harness your using, there can also be a 3 wire MAP sensor in that harness if its not the original '92.

The 92 Gsr has the map sensor on the firewall if I remember correctly but I'm not sure if it is tied into the engine harness, so the plug on there should be tps. Map is white, yellow green, and green blue.

-yellow/green white/green green/blue (from body of car)
-yellow/blue red/black green/blue (from engine harness)
-yellow/red green/white white/yellow (from engine harness)

You may have use the one from the engine harness and tie it back to computer... Have you tried putting the ignition on and doing a tps voltage sweep?

.5 volts closed and between 4.5-5.00 at wot (wide open throttle) that will also let you know which plug is giving you voltage to the sensor
