b16a2 with a gs-r harness?
I have a b16a2 swap in my 1993 civic ex coupe. I am using a 1997 gs-r harness on the engine, because it plugs into the chassis harness. My problem right now is I am throwing like 5 codes. I believe this is occuring because I am using the gs-r engine harness instead of the Si one. But the Si one did not line up with the chassis plugs on the car side. I have a feeling this is causing most of my problems, does anyone know if it possible to rewire this harness and make it work an p30 obd1 ecu ? I hope so....Else, does anyone have a better suggestion? Let me know.

Someone suggested that I buy a 93 ex stock harness, and use that along with an OBD1 distributor. I think that will work ? Anyone know if that harness will line up better, and work better ?

I used an ITR harness on a B16A2 (USDM Civic Si) in my del Sol for the same reason. Worked fine once I figured out the IAT sensor was in the intake tube!
What codes are you throwing. Without those, you can't expect much help.
