Default b16a2 in 4th gen hatch trouble

I finally got all the wiring right and the engine starts with out hesitation. it will rev at first but after a second it will try to die every time I give it throttle. I think it could be the fuel pump. dunno any ideas??

did you switch everything to OBD1? whats the setup?

it is b16a2 stock harness obd2 ecu, itr distributer. dont have the primary o2 yet, or intake air temp. also found a vacuum line on the back of the intake mani that isnt hooked up. other than that everything is hooked up i think
