B16a vs B18 LS?
Which would be the best combination to swap into my EK?
I'm looking to swap one of these 2 into my EK, however I've only done a D to D swap and know what kind of power that puts out. The LS seems to have the edge on torque and it's not as expensive so I'm looking into both, perhaps even an LS with a B16 tranny.
As far as my goals, I'm looking for a well rounded build that will run good quarters and do good on road racing tracks to run decent lap times.
Looking to do a small boost application, small turbo kit or supercharged.

Re: B16a vs B18 LS?
I will take an ls over a vtec motor any day. Tq is what will help get you off the line(provided you can drive and hook). B16 is gutless on tq, hp is kind lame on b16 even with bolt ons. Ls w/b16(or itr lsd) makes for nice dd/roadracer car. Parts are everywere way cheaper and no bs vtec **** to deal with wanting to work and then not
