Could someone tlell me with the above swap what should ideally be used for:

ECU
Wire Harness

Could you use a chipped P28 for the ECU, harness, I am unsure on.

99-00 SI/EX wiring harness(on the EX you might have to cut and extend wiring)&
b16 ECU

OR

obdIIb to obdI conversion harness with a chipped p28
