Default B16a misfire.

Hello Honda-Tech. I have a question. I have a 1991 Honda Civic Si Hatch and it has a B16A1 in it. It was milled 10 thousandths, it has 286 cams, and a new distributor. the old one I had on it was arcing out a lot and i went through a couple caps. I have a misfire at idle and in first gear when I'm going slow like through a parking lot at a steady speed.. it was only after i put on the new distributor that i had the problem. Before when i had the old one it never had a misfire. When i first heard the misfire i pulled the plugs and they were a little white. not bad but my car is running a little lean. could anyone tell me what spark plugs i should run or the heat range of the plugs and the gap that i should gap them to? Thank you.
