Default B16A in EF not getting GAS

I got a problem guys, I installed a B16A in my friends CRX. I cranked it today and it spins over, but it doesn't start like usual. It seems like its not getting any fuel. I double checked everything from wiring to fuel lines, and I still can't find anything that could be causing this. If any got an answer to this I would glady appreciate it.

Thanks

if you do smell gas or you do hear the fuel pump turn on...then it's probably the distributor, the coil might be out, try using someone else's distributor

and the connection to the ecu is cool right?
