Default b16 swap almost done please help

Well I just finished up my b16 swap in my 91 dx hatch. Everything went well except for one significant problem it seems that I'm not getting any fuel in cylinders 1 and 3. I belive this because the plugs in 1 and 3 look brand new while the plugs in 2 and 4 have just a little black "stuff" as they should. I did have to change the wiring from dual port injection to direct port or multi port, and i'm sure here in lies the answer. I've checked the wiring on the injectors and every thing seems right. Injector 1 to pin A1, injector 2 to pin A3, injector 3 to pin A5, and injector 4 to A7. Also all the injectors read the same resistance when metered alone, and they all read the same when measured through the injector resistor.

It would be greatly appreciated if any of you smart people out there could give me a hand. Thanks alot in advance.
