Default B16 swap in to 91 civic: Running way rich + extra vacuum line

I thought the hard part was over...
Alas, the motor is in, the electrical seems right, but I have extra vacuum lines that I'm not sure what to do with. Also the motor is running VERY rich.
I'm attempting to use a DC sports 4-2-1 header with a single O2 sensor bung. I have a second O2 sensor wire, which is connected in parrallel to the one sensor.
What could it be? Bad sensor, or could it have something to do with those "extra" vacuum lines?
(So close, yet so far.)

Any help would be appreciated.

yeah, need more info to help w/ vacuum lines. about the O2 sensor thing..it has been covered many times, but i've yet to see a real worthwhile solution other than to have bungs welded in the header at the factory locations.

...and...i ran a 1st gen b16 in an EF..and with the stock header it STILL didn't run right when i had the 2 o2 primary and secondary sensors switched. primary is the driver's side bung.

Actually a kind soul just posted vacuum diagrams as part of a recent post to the Hybrid forum.
Stupid MAP sensor wants vacuum information.. (I'll give it some information...)

(I hope I'm not posting tubing pictures soon.)

if you're using the 88-91 vacuum setup you'll notice one of the little solenoids on the firewall is missing. you'll need to to T a few lines. as for the dashpot on the throttle body, all you need is about an inch of hose and the factory one way valve to make it work right. you can get the valve off a teg if you don't already have one.
