Get yourself an OBD2 to OBD1 conversion harness so the P30 will plug in without making a mess of splicing ECU plugs. Here's the OBD1 P30 pinouts: OBD1 P30 ECU Pinouts

You need to reuse your stock engine harness or a 96-98 EX for better plug and play since it's wired for VTEC and the knock sensor. The JDM harness will help since you can salvage it for the needed wiring and plugs but as for using it, no it will not work with your chassis - Not because it's a JDM harness, mainly because it's designed to work with the EG and DC Integra chassis (2 piece - cabin and engine).
