B16 into a 91 CRX HF Axle/GSR Trans question
I used the search function and could not find concise answers to my questions.
So here is my dilemma. I am swapping a B16 from my wrecked 89 Civic DX Hatch into my 91 CRX HF. The Y1 trans in the Civic was whooped so I picked up a like new GSR Hydro Trans from the dealer with 12,000 miles on it. The only thing I had to do was swap the speedometer gear from the Y1 into the GSR Trans and get a hydraulic to cable conversion kit from hasport.
The B16 was in a 89 Civic DX Hatch with a Y1 trans, I *think* it had 93 Integra axles and the intermediate shaft has SK7 stamped on it.
Now I want to swap the B16 into my 91 CRX HF using a 94 GSR Trans with a Quaife LSD. I bought the Hasport EFB2 Hydro to Cable Conversion kit, 93 Integra axles. Will this combination work?
So my questions are:
1. Will a 94 GSR Hydro Trans work with 93 Acura Integra axles in a 91 CRX HF?
2. Will the speedometer drive gear in the Y1 swap into the GSR trans?
3. Will the SK7 intermediate shaft work with this combination or do I need a different intermediate shaft?
Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: B16 into a 91 CRX HF Axle/GSR Trans question (CRXB16T)
yes everything you posted will work fine , axles, intmed shaft, and speedo gear are fine, you will need to put your dx spindles on or si or da ones to make the axles fit into the hub
