The B18C is a great swap and should work just fine with a Y1 tranny. I take it your going to run OBD1, so all you really need to do is the wire conversion. Also, you may have to consider hood clearance bue to the taller block and what mounts you currently have. I have a Jdm zc hood on mine with a hasport kit which give my engine the room it needs with no rubbing.

i have the hasport kit also.....i was thinking about swapping heads to the b16, and milling it like 3 thousandths, to kit stock compresion, and i would liek to keep it as easy of an install as possible, so maby keep my pr3 ecu? is this possible?

I am running a OBD1 PR3 for my setup. Its better to use OBD1 as the tuning options are much better for tuning.
