b16 in a 5th gen : axles?
hey guys. i have a 93 DX Hatch. I was in the process of swapping a jdm d15 vtec and a whole bunch of circumstances led to things becoming a bit different. I'll save all those details...but here's my question
I just bought a set of brand new axles for the single cam, as I broke them both in an accident prior to starting the swap. I now have some extra money, and am considering buying a b16a2 (sir II motor) to throw in the hatch. I was looking on hmo, and would like to get the motor, tranny, ecu package they offer. obvioulsly this wouldn't include any axles...
would the axles i have work for my swap? seems like the b16 is a direct bolt in, and that the stock shift linkage and axles should line right up? any help on this subject will be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

The stock D series axles and shift linkage will not work with a B16. When you purchase the swap, try to get a complete swap package because you will need the B series axles, intermediate shaft and shift linkage.
