Default B series swap into 99 civic question

I'm having some trouble understanding the swap.
Yes there are faqs all over the internet but some are different answers
Were putting a obd2a b18b1 aka 98 integra rs into a 99 civic obd2b dx auto.
Ran into couple of issues

1. We are putting a obd2a p75 ecu will it run? Or do we need the obd2b-2a jumper? if yes, i was looking to buy the jumper harness but it says it only works on 5 speed transmission? my car is an auto
why is that?

2. For the distributor we are using p75 obd2a dizzy which is the big plug. Can I just cut the plug off the dizzy and change it to obd2b style plug? Or change it from harness side. I already change the plug on the dizzy but there's no spark.
Also no getting any fuel

-we already changed the iacv 3 wire to 2 wire.

Jumper for the ecu. The auto has 4 ecu plugs and the 5 speed 3. 96-98 civics have different plug configurations than 99-00 at least for 5 speed.

If you can rewire the dizzy than do it, if you're not comfortable than use a jumper.

So the jumper harness won't work for auto?

Not if you're trying to use an automatic transmission, but then again if you are you're going run into several other problems. If you're swapping in a B-series 5 speed it'll work, you'll just have an extra plug that wont plug into the jumper harness.

Thanks 94eg8 the answer I needed.
No I am using a manual transmission.
But still using the auto harness

We tried trouble shooting the car it has no spark and fuel is it because the jumper harness is not installed?

So for the jumper harness I just don't plug in the 4th plug correct?

What ECU are you using? an OBD2B P75 has an immobilizer that renders it useless outside of the original vehicle unless you remove it and have it replaced with a dummy unit. You also need to move pin A16 to A15 at the ECU. See below for details:

Sorry forgot to mention everything in the motor is obd2a from a 98 integra rs.
so we are using an obd2a ecu aka p75.

So far what i did to the swap is
-3 wire to 2 wire iacv
-auto to manual swap, right now its clutch less start.
-extended some wires for the tps and map
-changed the plug from the b18b1 obd2a dizzy(big plug) to a obd2b dizzy plug(small plug)
all i neeed left is the jumper harness to complete the swap? will this jumper harness prevent the car from not getting spark and fuel.

It should. You can't even plug all 3 ECU plugs in without it. (if you have 3 plugged in, one of them is for the automatic trans plugged into a plug it shouldn't go to.

Thanks appreciate it
