Default awd conversion first drive binding up or big vibration

just took my car out for the first drive last night after getting the driveshaft back finally and there was a pretty bad vibration that would go in cycles coming from the rear end. I messaged epic tuning about it and they said because Im running a crv tranny, t case and diveshaft with a wagon rear end Im experiencing binding due to the slightly different gear ratios. I was wondering if someone knows the cure for this. i remember reading that they ran .2" larger diameter tires up front to fix it but I can't find the thread or where it was. any help would be greatly appreciated. I just wanna get it road worthy.

epic tuning is running 225/40/16s up front and 205/45/16s in the back resulting in 23.1 inch front tire diameter and 23.3 inch rear tire diameter. this is a .8% difference. Im tying to find a pair of tire sizes for 15" rims that will equate to the same difference currently. Ill post more info when I find it.

well for one im not running a crv rear diff and two just look at my build thread. it ended up being the slip yoke was hyper extended so I shipped the driveshaft to essentially make it longer and now it works great.

i had this kind of problem with my crv because the way i modified the rear awd system it was like almost full 4x4, same tires all around, 25 psi pressure in rear tires, 35 in the front resolved my problem!

so you are running a crv trans with wagon rear diff without any kind of torsion? that is a 4x4 setup?

idk its full time power to at least 3 wheels. I aired down the fronts and up the rears and it seemed to help a little bit. Im really really happy with how the car does. the first pull where it actually hooked made me shake and Im pretty sure it gave me a boner no homo. its nice to get that feeling back. I feel like a kid again lol
