Default Automatic to Manual conversion on a 99 Honda Civic EX

I'm having problems trying to find any wed site that can tell me exactly what I would need or how much it would cost to convert my auto. to manual. I'm also trying to swap out my engine and get me a more powerful one. But I'm undecided between a Prelude Sir H22A, B18C GSR motor, or the B16B Civic Type R.
But first thing is first I gots to get rid of this automatic crap. So if you have any suggestions or know of any web site for this kind of stuff I would appreciate.
Here's a site where you can see my ride and tell me what you think.....

i am doing the same swap on my 99 civic. i put a b18 in my car and have everything done except for the wiring to switch it over to manual. my car has been down for a month now. my problem i am having is can i use the automatic engine harness and what wires are needed to be switched. but when done it will be worth it.
