the mount is the same just make sure u get a manuel bracket that bolts to the tranny from a civic and u will need pedals clutch master, lines, slave cylinder, and that will be it if you are getting an engine swap while you are at it, i just did mine but i am having troubles getting my b18c to idle right

Your also going to need a 5-speed intake manifold & throttle body if you want to use a 5-spd ecu. You need the manifold because the idle air control valve mounts to it unlike automatics which mount directly under the throttle body.

Re: Auto to manual conversion parts list, please? (ViZ)
I was able to use my auto ecu when I did the auto to manual swap in my '96 civic but had an annoying cel saying someing was wrong with the auto tranny which of course wasn't there! So I picked up a manual ecu (same year) plugged it in and the car started idling funny. I tried adjusting the idle air control screw on top of the trottle body but that didn't help.
Long story short, turned out the auto and manual idle air control valves are different. I took it to a shop that changed the iac valve wires around at the ecu (not sure which pins they changed) and they sandwiched a paper gasket inside the auto iac valve so the car would idle right. They told me I would need a manual throttle body and iac valve. I didn't have to change my manifold because I have a jrsc and there kits are made for both auto and manual so the iac valve bolted right up.
The car ildes fine now without any cel's.
Here's a manual manifold/throttle body/IAC valve

That is one of the reasons I switched the edu. Some people said it did and others said it didn't , I don't know for sure. I really didn't notice a differece between the two , then again I was already running my fuel settings way rich because of the jrsc maybe that's why I didn't notice.
Have you checked out the article on the hybrid site about switching from auto to manaul? It has some good info about wiring up the backup lights and what to do with the gear selector switch.
Let me know if you have anymore questions
