AUSTRALIA 88 EF B18C swap wiring problems help please!!
Hi, im from Australia and am swapping a b18c into a 88 ef.
Problem is that the Australian delivered d15b4 engines in our EF and even early EG models have dual carburettor fuel systems, so it is at this point I am stuck with what wiring harness to use.... I have a DC2 donor car so all wiring from that car is right here. But I have read in places that it is best to keep the existing harness. So if anyone could help me that would be great. Please dont just say search because I have and I cant find anything about changing from a d series carbed engine to a B series OBD2a engine.
Also if I do swap the wiring harness for the one from the dc2 then will the speedo cluster and all still work?
I have also posted this in the EF CRX forum.
Thanks in advance.

u have an electric fuel pump in the fuel tank thats why u need to change it carby model eds run them off the camshaft. some cars with electric fuel pumps in the tank r only low pressure ie. 6-10psi efi fuel pumps can goto 100psi but u only run them at about 50ish
thats why u change it
