I dont believe its been done anywhere in the world. There was a lot of talk about this topic on 2k1civic.com. The 7th gen civic has the same dimensions in the engine bay as the 2002 Civic Si. And I believe to make a B-series motor work in those cars you have to have a custom intake manifold made to let it fit.
