...you know--the ones that came in the JDM CRXs. I'd love to have one, but I'm not sure where to begin my search.
BTW--cam is going to go in my 16v 1.5 D15B7.

Well the only cam I have is a JG 301 Mild Cam from my d16a Si motor

well actually the cam was on my bro's car, but it's mine. I have a b16. Yeah its worth it. It works best of you have an upgraded ECU and cam Gear
But my bro is gonna get a new motor, so, i might consider selling the cam (perfect for street/daily driver applications btw)

I'm using the GUDE street cam for my D15B7, give me two weeks and I'll post up some dyno numbers. Or if you really want the CRX cam... Just get a core from an 91 CRX Si, that cam should be good enough for some extra horsepower. Just make sure to get an upgraded ecu to change the rev-limiter and remove the fuel cut.

I've also been looking for a CRX Si cam but I can't seem to find one for some freaking reason. Is the Gude and JG cam plug and play with stock redline, or is extensive valvetrain work needed? I just want something to give me a little bit more hp in my D15B7 (not that it runs bad now though...).
Cam gear is an obvious must, but what about an ECU? Whick ECU would I want--one from an 88-91 CRX?

No.. the ECU's aren't swappable. The GUDE cam makes power upto the 8000rpm mark, until my GUDE ecu gets in, I can only rev to 6800rpm. The CRX Si cam was good to 7100rpm, the stock SOHC valve springs are good for revving upto 8400rpm. Gude is having an aniversary sale in which all SOHC cams from GUDE are $180, this is $50 cheaper than the one I got somewhere else. If you have any SOHC questions... email them to me.

Good info MrDX. Until I figure out what I want to do with the car, I'll try to snag a CRX Si cam (or a Si-R cam if I can find one).
Are there any simple ways to upgrade a B15D7 (with honda parts) to get a higher redline? And the stock valvetrain can take over 8000rpms? That's pretty impressive, but I'd imagine the the D series rods would start to crap out about then.

Not really... shot-peened d-series rod can hold upto the 250hp mark, but why spend the money doing that when you can buy a set of Eagle rods that hold upto 400hp for $375. Goto this post https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=56304 and you'll see pics of my D15B7 head that was worked on. From one of the pics, you can see how beefy the stock valve springs are. But read up on that post...you'll get an idea of what's needed to do. If not, like I said... just email me any questions that you may have.
