sorry bro. i was tryin to find out exactly, myfriends and I have JDM h22a's in civics and del sol's and the EGR is optional. are you usin JDM or USDM?
as for EGR wiring not exactly sure, but I know the wiring connector for civic is prepped and has a spot in the connector for it.
ur gonna need to add 5 additional wires for EGR wiring. 2 (positive wire and connecting to the ECU) go to the EGR valve solenoid and another 3 (ground, positive and wiring to the ecu) go to the EGR lift sensor,
but u don't need all this bull sheit if ur usin jdm h22a p13.

not exactly sure if u want to add egr or just remove the damn check engine code, however my friend i just found a way to bypass the check engine for the egr. THis was done in a del sol, which you will need to ground out the egr connector on the ecu. the conector was A11, which is the on the biggest plug with 13 slots, counting from left to right it is i believe the empty slot after the 2 consecitive green wires. just tap a wire and ground it out and the engine code is gone...
