Default Anyone with a GSR swap in there 99-00 Civic Si's??

Alright, I went by the dealership today and saw a black 00 Civic Si right, and they wanted 13k for it, and it had 74k miles on it, I dunno if I should go for that or not, but this was my plan at first, get a 96-98 Civic EX and do the 99-00 Conversion and do a jdm b16 swap cause I didnt wanna make payments on my Civic. Then I thought about selling the B16 complete block and sell my complete D16y8 swap to get the long block GSR motor, but when I realize that by the time I get done with it, I would spend about 5k for the swaps (b16) and (b18 long block) and looks, so should I just Go Si and just sell the b16 block and get the b18c long block, or just find a cheaper Si and just do the long block b18c? or stick with my idea with the EX?
