Another Swap Question (Sorry)

Another Swap Question (Sorry)
I've been searching but could not find the answer to my question. My GSR engine has 92,000 miles on it. If I take this to have an JDM B18C-R engine, would I get a credit for them? I know the shop can still sell my old GSR engine. How much (if possible) should I ask for a credit? I live in LA area and any info/recommendation on a reputable shop will be greatly appreciated. I only know 2 shops, Konno Sport Tuning (Pasadena) and JDMHONDAPARTS.com (El Monte).
Thanks
