Am I starving my B18C ITR with my stock fuel pump, the fstock fuel pump from a DX .

stock pump with proper ECU and injectors you should be more then fine, but once you start making more then 180+whp then it would be a good investment.

I'd also say the same.

If you upgrade, you can upgrade to ITR or also Walbro 190 lph or 255 lph.

Chance it could be going a bit lean in hight RPM's. I'd upgrade.

likely lean in the upper revs,
any dohc vtec civic/teg fuel pump is drop in.
used they are cheap, like $40.
