Alternator belt question....
Does anyone know what the proper belt is to use with a CTR crank pulley on an LS block?? I tried the 99 B16 and it was the same as the LS....Any ideas? Thanks.

I find the best thing to do it find out the belt size of what you know is too large or too small, and get the correct size off of that. Most of the aftermarket belts are part numbered by sizes.

So if you had to take a guess at what number it would be, what you say?? Cuz it has to be at least 1-2 sizes smaller than the B16 one....

A guess, would be maybe a 295k4 or a 305k4, but take it to a shop so that you can compair. 99 B16 I believe is a 315k4 in most cases.

Re: Alternator belt question.... (jdmcars.com)
I was able to get a 28k4 on it nicely, but it was alittle tight, so probably a 29 would have worked alittle better.... Thanks for the advice..
