Default Alternative to sleeving H-series block?

considering it would run around 3k for a sleeved/built h23 block, I've been trying to find a cheaper route to get some good power (350whp) out of my h23. I'm aware you CANNOT put forged pistons in an h-series without re-sleeving, but you can swap in a f-series block with forged rods/pistons.
Would putting a built f22 block under my h23 head cause any problems or require anything to be replaced? (i.e. oil pump, crank, etc) I know it would reduce it to 2.2L but that wouldn't sacrifice much to be able to run the extra boost. How much power/boost can an f22 block support with forged rods/pistons?

What problems would arise by swaping in an f23 crank to up the stroke? What displacement would an f23 crank make with an f22 block?

TIA
