can you weigh your motor? I wanna put to rest some of the internet flim flam that has to do with motor weights.

then someone's going to bring into question dry weight and wet weight...

i got a scale to weigh heavy stuf fin the garage..but any normal person wouldnt..scratch that idea

Well the H22 with tranny and palet and Ecu and axles, was shipped at 350lbs.

We shipped a fully built LSVtec yesterday to Guam and it weighed 215 lbs (just motor, no tranny, no alternator, no clutch) but had intake, TB, toda flywheel... Total weight with pallet, straps and plastic wrap is 248 lbs. Hope this helps.

I just got my B16 swap and it came in at 312lbs according to the freight company. That was motor, tranny, and ecu.

B20 longblock, IM, exhaust manifold, dist., pallette, 241 lbs according to shipping invoice.
