Default After gathering info, my future setup is:

I have been actively looking on HT for the past month or so, looking for a safe setup to run as a daily driver and a drag car. I've decided to run a EK hatchback, with a B18C1 engine swap. The only problem I have been researching is where to go from there. As I stated earlier, this is going to be my daily driver, but I want good performance at the strip too. IMO, the cheapest and most reliable way to accomplish this is with a simple, I/H/E setup for daily driving with the addition of a Nitrous shot at the track. Above all, my first concern is safety. I need this car to last a long time and be easy to maintain. So, with that in mind please tell me what you think about my setup idea and what I could do to improve! Thanx!

Engine / Drive-Train Setup:

-B18C1 Complete Engine Swap
(With LSD Hydraulic Transmission)
-$3449.00 (http://www.hmotorsonline.com)

-AEM Hybrid Cold Air Intake

(Rims - 15x7, Tires - 225/50/15)
-$426.00 (http://www.thetirerack.com)

Total N/A Cost: $4755.00
----------------------------------------------------------------

Nitrous Setup:

-NOS Cheater System (Planning on using the lowest jet - 75 HP)
-$535.74 (http://www.prostreetonline.com)

-NGK Spark Plugs (x 4, NGK-5820)
-$9.56 (http://store.summitracing.com)

-Walbro Fuel Pump (255 Liters Per Hour - High Pressure)
-$191.20 (http://www.prostreetonline.com)

-MSD RPM Activated Window Switch (MSD-8969)
-$89.88 (http://store.summitracing.com)

Total F/I Setup: $827.00

So, do you think that this will be a good, reliable performer? Anything I should be concerned about or watch out for? Thanx!
